My seed potatoes are brown on the inside they are allowed to plant?

I bought some red potatoes pontiac few weeks ago. When I went to their factory yesterday, I cut them in half and they are inside brown. Will they grow? Thank you!

Irish potatoes have many shades of the flesh. It could be just the variety. Black on pontiac plants are likely to be frozen. If the eye or sprout is healthy, he should grow in spite of their color.
