Organic Gardening Compost

Is rusting metal bad for vegetables garden compost?

I want to build a dial bin with a metal drum. I am troubled by the question of whether or not the deal would be bad for rust. Try our best to ensure the garden is organic and free of pesticides and other harmful substances.

No iron oxide (rust that is) is common in many soils, and iron is a nutrient for humans, too. I think your compost bin can have a short life as steel, but I do not think there is any difficulty in the compost.
